Refunds are applicable only in cases where a billing error or system malfunction on Our platform has directly impacted Your subscription or service purchase.
Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the transaction date.
Once We receive and verify Your request, We will notify You via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the amount will be credited to Your original method of payment.
We are not liable for any delays caused by bank processes or third-party payment gateways.
You may cancel Your subscription to Our services anytime. However, cancellations do not result in a refund for the remaining portion of the subscription period.
If You have purchased an on-demand service (e.g., one-time algorithmic setup), cancellations are not possible once the service is delivered or executed.
Refunds do not apply to losses incurred due to user-initiated trading or market fluctuations.
Any technical issues arising from misuse of the platform or device incompatibilities will not qualify for refunds.
